  • Learning and Growth: AI can identify patterns in employee performance, helping HR professionals tailor development plans. Human EQ is then used to inspire and motivate individuals to reach their potential.
  • Personalized Experiences: AI can assist in tailoring employee experiences based on preferences and needs. Human EQ ensures that these personalizations are considerate and respectful of individual emotions.

One cannot dispute the profound impact that Artificial Intelligence (AI) has had in redefining the landscape of Human Resources (HR) within the technology industry.
