I've spent the last 25 years working as a People and Operational leader, a passionate JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) practitioner, an OD & learning champion, and a senior people operations (HR) leader in global businesses. Because I began my business career as an operational leader, I am keenly aware of the need to support and contribute to the bottom line. I've streamlined efficiencies, increased productivity, hired and retained diverse, high-performing team members, ultimately turning businesses into thriving success stories.
Organizations are able to realize their full potential only when they elevate and magnify the talents of a diverse workforce. To do so requires commitment, resources, a bias toward action, and human-centered exponential leadership.
